All our staff are fully trained, professional, sensitive and with a genuine compassion to help you. Your calls will be taken in person, with complete confidentiality 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We can also arrange for a home visit if you are unable to come to us.

Arranging the funeral
Who is responsible for making the arrangements?
The person who makes the arrangements must be able to give instructions and be able to sign documents regarding the funeral arrangements.
This person will also be responsible for arranging payment of the funeral.

Our advice and arrangements
When you contact us we will need to know where the deceased is. We will collect them as soon as possible and bring them into our care.
We will either arrange to meet you in our funeral home or arrange to see you at your home to make the funeral arrangements.
We will make all necessary arrangements with officiating clergy, cemeteries or crematoriums and assist you in the completion of documentation.
You will receive confirmation of all arrangements and a detailed estimate of costs.

What type of funeral?
- Will it be a burial or cremation.
- Where will it take place i.e. church, cremation chapel, cemetery chapel, graveside or elsewhere.

Our Services & Products
We pride ourselves on the comprehensive services we provide in our funeral homes throughout surrey, making sure that our staff are fully trained and sensitive to your needs.
You will find links on this site to most things you will need however our staff are there to help with any wish you may have that is special to you.

Paying for the funeral
You will receive an invoice after the funeral. If you do not understand any part of the invoice please contact our funeral home. Payment is due fourteen days after the invoice date.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. If payment is being made by a bank or solicitor please advise us.

Obituaries & Donations
We offer online obituaries as part of our service. This allows friends and family to view the funeral details, leave condolence messages and make a donation in memory of a loved one. Of course we can also place obituaries in a newspaper for you.
